As humans, many of us reach a point where our work feels misaligned, stagnant, or uncertain. You may be questioning whether to stay in your current role, re-entering the workforce after time away, or starting out with no clear direction. These transitions can be stressful, affecting confidence, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
This 8-week program offers a supportive space to explore your career journey from a holistic perspective. You’ll examine your values, patterns, and lived experiences to better understand what’s holding you back and where you want to go. With guidance from experienced facilitators, you’ll gain clarity, build adaptable skills, and create an individualized plan to move forward with purpose.
Your facilitators bring both professional expertise and lived experience. Tanya Deutsch, RCC, is a registered clinical counsellor with over 20 years in corporate business, HR, and leadership, and a personal understanding of navigating career change with compassion and insight. Amanda Hecimovic, a UBC counselling practicum student, has also transformed her own career path and brings fresh perspective and empathy to those facing transitions.
The unique features of this group include the option to participate online or in person, where nature and a private 10-acre property provide a calming environment for reflection and growth.
Attendance is limited to a small group. REGISTER NOW to reserve your spot!
